Found a program I already owned that could use it and tried it out. WOW!! Nothing and I mean NOTHING was in focus. There is no position where this thing focuses. I've had it close enough to objects that it blocks out the light and pointed it out the window to see if I'm just too close. Nothing makes a difference. In all fairness I only paid $7.95 and that included shipping, but I expected to at least be able to recognize what I was looking at. I didn't contact the seller and don't intend to as by the time things were exchanged and the shipping settled out I'm sure I can buy a better one.
