Thanks so much for all your reviews. I was about to order this product, I was excited by it because I thought it to be just what i wanted. it’s only by chance i happened to look it up again and I glanced at the reviews. I would’ve bought this thing and cursed when I opened it up because it didn’t have a shoulder strap. Thanks a lot, guys. I was able to look up something else that would serve the purpose its needed for. Why have a laptop bag with no shoulder strap?? Would you really be walking around with a bag held sideways all the time?? I think its so pointless. The picture is also very misleading. It really pays to read and research before confirming anything.

The image is a little deceptive. It looks like there is a shoulder strap, there isn’t. It’s not a problem though. I purchased this for a younger brother (18 yrs old) for christmas. He left for the winter semester of college. He had a neoprene slip case for his laptop, but since he does field work in some of his classes and he likes to hike and camp he needed something a little bit more rugged, but something that didn’t weight a ton. This worked purfectly, it’s made out of cotton canvas so it’s pretty sturdy, but not so ugly and utilitarian that he won’t take it to classes either. It’s a happy medium between form and function for boy.

I got this laptop case for christmas. I love the fabric. It is made really well. My only complaint is that it is a really snug fit for my Dell laptop. There is barely enough room in the extra pocket to fit my power cord and mouse. I take my laptop to school with me and I have to be really careful when putting everything in the case. I have to make the cord as flat as possible so that it fits in the case. Overall, I still like the case, but I wish it was a little bigger so that I can fit everything in the case more easily.

Very nice looking laptop bag. No strap to carry it with you over your shoulder. But other than that, it’s very nice.
