It came apart the third day and my children did not like it as it was so tiny.

I purchased this kitchen for my daughter’s dollhouse. When it arrived, the kitchen table had come apart at almost every joint. I won’t say it was “broken,” since the pieces weren’t physically broken. However, I had to reglue every joint to hold it together. It is a nice looking set, but I’m waiting to see if other parts fail. Buy this at your own risk.

I ordered all of the Melissa and Doug furniture for my nieces. It is so very cute and pretty and detailed. I would buy this again. Also, I think that it is as sturdy as any small, detailed item could be. Also, it is the best priced doll furniture I’ve found. I was also able to find matching wallpaper at my local hobby store.

My daughter (5 years) got this for Christmas and is LOVING it. She plays with it everyday. She loves to move things around and puts the accessories that go with it all over. I love listening/watching her play. The oven door does tend to fall open, but this hasn’t been a problem for us at all.
