This item leaked the first time it rained. If all you need is a dust cover, it will probably be fine. Also, there are no proper tie downs or tightening mechanism, it just sits loosely over the table.

This is a great value. Thick cover and tie-down straps are great. Keep the patio set clean & dry. Highly recommend for the $$$$

I bought the product in May 16, 2009. It claims that its made of heavy material, it resist craking, tearing, etc… Sure it does all that if its protected from snow, rain, wind, heat, cold. Basicaly, its good item for indoor use and NOT for OUTDOOR. So I contacted AMAZON for replacement, and been told the warranty is only for 2 months which was expired in July 5, 2009.
Return Window expired on July 5, 2009

After much comparison shopping for size, durability, fabric, and color I am pleased with this purchase to cover an outdoor patio set. It is waterproof and has endured rain with 30mph winds with a few weights on the table in addition to the sewn in tie downs. Normally no extra weights needed just for rain. I am satisfied with the purchase and price and recommend this product. Now if the weather would only allow unclothed patio furniture so I could enjoy it!

I bought this in February 2009. The reviews looked good, so I took a chance.
The cover lasted a few months and then started to get brittle. Not long after, it began tearing at every opportunity. The UV resistant duct tape used to patch the tears lasted longer than the fabric of the cover.
I was initially impressed with the weight of the fabric, construction, etc. But, this cover did not last a full season.
